Building Access
**Please note: Our accessible entrance and the connected ramp are undergoing necessary construction at this time. During this construction, we recommend that visitors not use the entrance or ramp without assistance. We ask that visitors who would like to use the ramp call 212-219-0302 x0 upon their arrival for assistance and support.
All four levels of the Museum at Eldridge Street are fully accessible by ramp and elevator. The stair-free entrance is on the north side of the building; visitors will enter at the gate indicating accessible entry and press the labeled doorbell to their right.
Public restrooms on the lower level include an accessible stall.
Admission
The Museum offers complimentary admission for any personal care attendant accompanying a visitor.
Language
Our self-guided tours are available in English, Chinese and Spanish. Inquire at the admissions desk.
