Special Opportunities
TRIBUTE WALL DEDICATION
A Tribute Wall plaque offers you the opportunity to honor or memorialize a loved one, celebrate a special occasion, and leave a lasting legacy at the Museum at Eldridge Street. Reserve your spot on the Tribute Wall here.
PEW DEDICATIONS
A Pew Dedication also offers you the opportunity to honor or memorialize a loved one. Permanent plaques are affixed to the Museum’s historic pews and remain in perpetuity. Reserve your spot on one of our Pews by emailing Veronica D. Ball, Director of Development at vball@eldridgestreet.org or calling 212.219.0888 x202.
1887 SOCIETY
We invite you to become a part of our 1887 Society and join other supporters who are interested in creating a permanent legacy to the Museum through a charitable bequest. The gift of a bequest allows you to have a lasting impact and offers the Museum a sustainable source of revenue. If you would like more information about creating a bequest, please email Veronica D. Ball, Director of Development at vball@eldridgestreet.org or calling 212.219.0888 x202.
Ways to Give
IRA Distribution
If you are over 70 ½, you can contribute up to $100,000 directly to the Museum from your IRA without paying income taxes on the distribution. This is known as a qualified charitable distribution and offers a great way to easily make a donation. For those who are over 73 years of age, your gift counts toward your required minimum distribution for the year.
Ask us how to make a gift from your IRA, by reaching out to Rise Roth, Chief Advancement Officer at rroth@eldridgestreet.org or calling 212.219.0888 x207.

Donation of Appreciated Securities
When you donate long term appreciated assets directly to the Museum, instead of liquidating the asset and donating the proceeds, you can maximize your tax benefit and the overall amount of your donation.
If you would like information about a donation of appreciated securities, please write to Rise Roth, Chief Advancement Officer at rroth@eldridgestreet.org or calling 212.219.0888 x207.

Donor Advised Fund
If you have created a Donor Advised Fund, you can make a recommendation that a grant be made directly from your fund to the Museum by reaching out to the manager of your fund.
If you would like more information about donating through your Donor Advised Fund, reach out to Rise Roth, Chief Advancement Officer at rroth@eldridgestreet.org or calling 212.219.0888 x207.
