February 2 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

In honor of Women’s History Month, we will study the Book of Ruth against the background of some of the laws and values presented in Deuteronomy.
How did Biblical characters respond to threats to their family’s continuity? What is the relationship between agriculture and human fertility in the Bible? Join us as we explore the ways in which various characters in the Book of Ruth experienced identity, home, homelessness, and return.
