Guidelines For Visits

Payment Policy: Within three weeks of receiving your invoice, please pay your deposit for the minimum number of people expected to attend. Your balance may be paid on the day of your visit. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your tour.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your trip, please let us know fifteen business days ahead of your visit to receive a full refund. Tours canceled after that are nonrefundable, however, we will make every effort to reschedule your group for a later date at no additional charge.

Reservation Changes: Contact Judy Greenspan at (212) 219-0302, ext. 6, to make any changes regarding your reservation.

Arrival Time: Please do not arrive more than fifteen minutes before your scheduled visit. If your group arrives more than fifteen minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee a full-length program.

Chaperones: 1 chaperone for every 15 students is required.
