RELIGIOUS SERVICES

Congregation K'hal Adath Jeshurun with Anshe Lubz Congregation has not missed a Sabbath service since the Eldridge Street Synagogue first opened in 1887. They meet for Sabbath and Jewish holiday services in the Synagogue's lower sanctuary (Beth Hamedrash) and continue to observe the same Orthodox practices as the Synagogue's founders.

Services are open to the public and are held Friday at sunset, Saturday at 10 am, and on Jewish holidays and festivals in accordance with the Jewish calendar.

The Eldridge Street Project is distinct from the Congregation and is separately incorporated as a non-sectarian cultural organization.
